Where a child has a free Nursery Education Childcare Grant place, deduct £6 per day during term time. This is based on the grant averaged out throughout the school year.
Fees are payable for all days including school holidays except 8 Bank Holidays when we are closed. Absence for illness or holiday must be paid for.
These fees are subject to Annual Review with effect from 1st September each year.
Cancellation/Reduction in Attendance
All cancellations and reductions are subject to four weeks notice. Booked sessions cannot be swapped. If you wish to swap sessions, unwanted sessions must be cancelled and ‘new’ sessions booked.
Payment
Payment must be made monthly in advance. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the month and must be paid within the first week.
Method of Payment
Normally only payment by cheque (payable to WMDC) can be accepted. If this presents difficulties for you please see a member of the office staff.
Late Collection
As this can have implications for staffing ratios we ask you to avoid late collections wherever possible. Where a child is collected late a charge of £5.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof is made.
Ad Hoc Bookings (Available for Wrappers only i.e. 3 – 5s only)
Ad Hoc bookings are subject to availability and can only be made up to one week in advance. They cannot therefore be cancelled under any circumstances. Ad hoc bookings will be invoiced monthly in arrears.

A deposit of £100 is required to book a place. This will be deducted from your first months invoice.
